By using Ramble's macOS application, web application, or Chrome extension (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them to violate any applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Ramble and its content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; review it before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
